Arrival/Departure
Rooms are available from 2pm on day of arrival and must be vacated
by 10.30am on the day of departure
(unless specific arrangements have been made)
When one person books multiple rooms it is the responsiblility of that
person to pay all the charges resulting in cancellation or no-show of
guests
We regret we cannot allocate alll booking fee payments to one room
We reserve the right to charge full room tariff should we be unable to
re-sell a room due to the following:
Smoking in the room
Breakages/damage in the room, including bedding/towels, rendering the
room incomplete to re-sell
Booking Fee
A non-refunding booking fee of £25 per room per night is required
to confirm a booking
Booking fees are neither refundable nor transferable
Cancellations
In the unfortunate circumstances that you have to cancel your confirmed
booking at any time prior to arrival, charges will be as follows:
7 days prior to arrival date - 50% of balance
Less than 48 hours before arrival date - 100% of balance
We reserve the
right to cancel the reservation if we have to close due to circumstances
beyond our control.
In such an event all booking fees or payments will be refunded in full
but with no further liability.
